- The Service Centre has been designed to maximise event participation, share knowledge and enhance capability.
- The team that form the Centre will provide a dedicated service for customer enquiries regarding the software to deliver effective and lasting solutions.
- The Curtis Fitch Sourcing Support desk is available to buyers and suppliers for day to day advice on a wide range of issues relating to auction construct and software usage.
- The key objective of the support desk is to resolve issues in real time or to provide an estimated response time which will be within 1 hour of the logged call.
