Access
Security involves preventing unauthorised entry, however we balance this with our customers’ needs to control their equipment, but security is never compromised. Proximity cards control access on all sites. These are programmed to allow access only to the necessary areas. Only authorised personnel will be granted access to the facility.
Power
Sustainable power supplies are essential to the continuous operation of equipment demanded by customers. Power continuity is a prime objective. The facility has a sophisticated power distribution system for resilience. Multiple mains electricity feeds are supported by a UPS (uninterruptible power supply) system with generator backup.

Business critical IT equipment depends on specialist facilities management. All facilities operate computerised building management systems that monitor and remotely operate sensors covering electrical, mechanical, fire detection and water leakage systems.

Security of your equipment is paramount to us. We recognise the value of your data, not only in terms of money but for your business continuity and maintaining your service to your customers.
Each site is manned 24/7 by an adequate establishment of trained Security / Operations staff to provide a deterrent to unauthorised access. CCTV, with digital data storage space, both internally and externally provides information to a security control centre on possible intrusion. Advanced proximity access control systems prevent unauthorised access to areas within the facility.

Curtis Fitch iSource™ is written in ColdFusion - a proven, highly secure environment for Web application development and deployment. Curtis Fitch provides a proven security framework to secure both ColdFusion deployment and SQL datasource access.
Standard security
Our security is strong and lets us secure the ColdFusion and SQL database server with password access.
Application deployment
Prevent applications from executing several ColdFusion tags that could be used to upload, delete, or otherwise manipulate server files.
Database Access
Secure access to SQL database sources via internal administrative functions with password protection.
Data encryption
Curtis Fitch also offer a second level of security support, the Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) protocol which encrypts Internet application protocols (like HTTP) with public key cryptography.
SSL protects against snooping, eavesdropping, or any sort of message tampering when information is passed between clients and servers.
Data back-up
Curtis Fitch application databases are mirrored in real time using Double Take software so the risks of data loss are reduced dramatically. There are also nightly back ups, so in the event that all servers suffer a problem, users are able to back up to the previous day. There is also weekly tape taken to a different site as an additional measure
